Holy Family Parish

In celebrating its Jubilee Year from April 10, 2010 to April 10, 2011, Archdiocese of Lipa declares 21 Pilgrim Churches and our own, Holy Family Parish is one of them.

Holy Family Parish

The parish is composed of 18 barangays with the advise and concurrence of the parish priest of its Mother Parish, Immaculate Conception.

Our Patron - Holy Family

Let me share with you the parish's history thru significant dates:

June 20, 1996:     Rev. Fr. Ariel O. Gonzales (more about him in another post) was assigned as priest-in-charge of the proposed parish
April 27, 1997:    Blessing and ground breaking ceremonies of the land officiated by then Archbishop Gaudencio B. Rosales of Archdiocese of Lipa (now Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Manila)
Dec. 15, 1998:    The first Mass was celebrated at the ground floor
Sept. 22, 2002:    Blessing and Consecration of the Blessed Sacrament Chapel (located on the left at the upper floor)

The parish will be celebrating it's 6th year with it's new parish priest because Fr. A is leaving tomorrow as he was assigned to another parish. The new appointments were given to all priests in the Archdiocese of Lipa, and were effective June 12, 2010.

The parishioners and all the people who helped built it will continue to work together and support the parish priest in his administration. It took almost 13 years to make it as it is now and I'm privileged to have been a part of it.

This is how families are and it's blessedly so because after all, ours is the Holy Family Parish. Come visit, and gain Plenary Indulgence.
